Why LDEV 664: I think deep and accurate market analyses could serve as good preparations for landscape architecture project. I would like get more knowledge on market to improve understandings on projects and connections between land owners or developers.  

What is the most fascinating, interesting, or inspiring parcel of real estate from your perspective? 

Qiao Family Compound is located in Qi County, Shanxi, China, which is very near to my hometown. The construction was finished some time in Qing dynasty. Qiao Family Compound was regard as one of the finest representatives of private residences in northern of China. Well, there was an interesting story behind this famous parcel of real estate. In the fact, there were two famous family compounds in Shanxi long time ago. Then a TV crew came to Shanxi asking for capturing some images at one of these family compounds. The manager of the other family compound declined the request, while Qiao Family Compound agreed. As the TV show became famous, the Qiao Family Compound was known by more and more people. I think that is how smart managers take marketing savvy and a competitive edge.
